  Dealing with Difficult People

Difficult People

Difficult people in the workplace are those who constantly make it unpleasant to go to work on a daily basis. These individuals are often percieved as abrasive, demanding, controlling, manipulative and abusive. They are driven by either conscious, or subconscious motivations, which can be difficult to mitigate.

In this seminar, participants learn to recognize acute and chronic behavioral disorders that contribute to such behavior, as well as various tolls, tactics and techniques for surviving difficult people.

This seminar includes such topics as:

  • Recognizing difficult people;
  • Why difficult people are the way they are;
  • What difficult people want and expect from you;
  • Survival tactics for working around difficult people.
